These Terms of Service govern use of northsidecollective.shop and purchases made from Northside Collective LLC.

We may refuse or cancel an order where information is incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud is suspected, or the product cannot be supplied.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown when configured. Payment is collected only through the methods and authorized providers actually displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, methods, charges, and estimated delivery information are described in the Shipping Policy and shown at checkout when configured. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method where technically possible.

6. Cancellations

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun. Orders that have shipped are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy.
